Returns and Refunds

Each artwork is unique. If you are interested in purchasing a piece, please email christinemaryhowell@gmail.com in the first instance to discuss the artwork, delivery arrangements and any questions you may have before purchase.

If you have purchased an artwork and there is an issue with your order, please contact christinemaryhowell@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing your name, details of the artwork and the nature of the issue.

Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is agreed, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging where possible. Return delivery arrangements and any applicable costs will be discussed and confirmed by email.

Refunds will not normally be offered for:

  • damage occurring after delivery

  • returns requested due to a change of mind following a confirmed purchase, unless otherwise agreed

  • artworks not returned in the condition in which they were supplied, subject to reasonable inspection

Every artwork is original and unique and exchanges are not generally available.
